Considering the other fact, the report has found that the two leading nations the UK and Japan boast the joint-highest video game user penetration rate i.e. approximately 58%.
Furthermore, as per the recent projections, the UK is supposed to lead this segment with approximately 70% of its population engaging in video gaming by 2027. The latest data also shows that 4 in 5 i.e. (80%) games come from the age group of 18 years. This clears that those gamers who are under 18 years is 618 million, while the number of adult gamers is 2.47 billion.
The US gaming statistics indicates that 52% of gamers are enjoying the subscription of at least one gaming service at present. This could be around 1.61 billion gamers globally.
There has been a more inclination of console gamers (74%) to the subscription to a gaming service as compared to those gamers (66%) who spend time on PC in the U.S. This data concludes that an estimated 2.29 billion global console gamers are expected to subscribe to a gaming service, whereas around 2.04 billion players enjoying the PC gaming are likely to follow suit.
